As An Artist

Tom Tripp is a 22-year-old singer and producer from Caledonian Road, North London. Self-taught as a producer and musician, his first love growing up in the ends was grime, before he found himself drawn to alternative pop, RnB and funk.

Tom first appeared to the public with his single Aurelia, uploaded to SoundCloud late 2016 as a demo. The finished song was then released on Little Tokyo Recordings in early 2017 earning a million streams on DSPs and 15 spins on Radio 1 in its first few weeks.

A feature offer from Mura Masa swiftly followed and before he knew it Tom was on stage singing live for the first time alongside A$AP Rocky, Desiigner, Nao and Charli XCX for Mura Masa’s Coachella set.

In Oct 2017 Tom released his debut EP 'Red' on his label Prime Sound. To celebrate it's release Tom announced his first show at Hoxton Bar & Kitchen, selling out 8 weeks in advance. 'Red' currently has 6m streams across DSPs and the lead track 'Pamela' was played on UK National Radio over 60 times,

2018 has so far seen Tom release 3 tracks under a project called 'BLACK'. The project sees Tom look more to his Nigerian heritage and explores some elements of afrobeat production alongside his trademark vocal. In just a few weeks the project has over 3m streams.

Tom plans to release his debut album in 2018.

As A Producer/Songwriter

Tom began making beats at the age of 12. He is an accomplished grime, hop hop and leftfield pop producer with dozens of independent releases to his name. Producing records is an area of Tom's career he is keen to build on, especially since opening Prime Sound Studios in East London recently.

Although relatively new to topline writing, Tom's recent cut with Mura Masa is evidence of his raw talent, Tom has quickly become an in-demand writer, attending camps in London (most recently Rihanna and Bonzai) and pitching to some of the biggest acts in music.
